Dr. Gigi Sabbat on Founding Life Service Center of America

Pamela Bardhi: Hello everyone, and welcome to the Underdog Podcast. Today I have an incredible guest here with me, Dr. Jigi. How are you?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Fantastic. Honored to be here.

Pamela Bardhi: Honored to have you. My goodness. You know, you jumped on the screen and I’m like, I just resonate with her energy so very much. It’s so beautiful and I just really, really, really love it, and that’s. And you were saying the same thing as we came on some. I’m like, oh, I can’t wait to have this conversation, it’s going to be an absolute blast. And it’s such a gift, we were just literally talking about this. How, God connects in the most interesting of ways and there are no coincidences in this lifetime. So I’m excited to dig into your story and hear all about the magic in your world.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Thank you. Such an honor to be here. And yes. So I am a motivational keynote speaker and I’m the COO and founder of Life Service center of America. Essentially, a few years ago, I almost lost my life. Death by strangulation and domestic violence relationship. After everything that happened, I stepped into God’s purpose for my life. I launched a podcast, I launched a book and I launched a company.

Life Service center of America, which to me is a ministry. And I literally. Hm. Letting go and letting God, and God also led me to host events. It started off with domestic violence and sexual assault topics that I’m a survivor of. But then he also led me to host some on various subjects. I mean, we have not stopped since, and this is possible because of the team. I’m grateful for the team and it’s just been a blessing to serve others.

Pamela Bardhi: Amen. My gosh, you are so powerful, and I knew that was coming. How magical you truly, truly are, and thank you so much for sharing that. And know, before we dive into really all of that, I always like to take it all the way back. Like way, way, way, way, way back.

what did Dr. Gigi want to be when she grew up

Pamela Bardhi: So As a kid, Dr. Gigi, what did you want to be when you grew up? What was your dream as a kid?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Oh my goodness. My mother would probably be best to answer that one. But.

Pamela Bardhi: Right.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Those were the best, right? As a kid, I always loved to teach, I always loved to help others any way that I could. And for some reason it was teaching as a kid. Ironically enough, and funny enough, my mother says now, she says, you may end up just being a teacher. She says that all the time. I’m a coach, I’m a life coach and a business coach, and she says, no, no, no, it’s more than that. I think you may end up being maybe a teacher of some sort. That’s what she keeps telling me.

Pamela Bardhi: Oh, my God, that’s amazing. And as a kid, that’s exactly what you wanted to be.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yeah, something like that. Something like, any way that I could help people that I love to help people.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s amazing. And where did you grow up?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Essentially? South Florida. So born in Coral Springs. Back then, long story short, no one knew what that was, so we’d say Miami. When you say Miami, the green lights come on, you say coral spring, the crickets come on. What on earth is coral Sprits.

Pamela Bardhi: I love it, I love that, I know I was literally just in Miam a few weeks ago. Like, I love South Florida. It’s absolutely beautiful, I love that.

Went to school in South Florida throughout your teenage years

Pamela Bardhi: And so growing up. Like, who, or what was your biggest influence or that motivated you the most, inspired you the most?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: My mother, she’s my role model. She has and always will be my role model.

Pamela Bardhi: I absolutely love that. What were some of the things that she instilled in you?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Hard work and keep moving forward and also it’s. Helping others is okay. I’ve seen her help others my entire life. She’s a nurse, she’s been a nurse for what now, 40 plus years. No matter what trauma I have been through in my life, she’s always been there, she’s been supportive. And I just appreciate it.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that, I love that. And walk me through the early years, I guess what’s coming to mind is, like, the teen years. The teen years you were. So you’ve always been in South Florida?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yeah, correct.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that, I love that. So now, did you go to school throughout the whole time there? What was kind of the trajectory, like, from, like, your teenage years and beyond?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yeah, great question, so essentially, I did go to school in South Florida. Majority of the schools I went to were religious, and then I also went to public school. Ended up right back when I moved up here, Palm Coast, Florida, to public school. And then somehow I kind of merged back and forth between the religious schools. Whether it was a Catholic school or another religious school, and in public school. So I was kind of back and forth always. that was pretty much my middle school and high school years

And then college I went to school out there and I’ve been to a few. I was also a transient student in Daytona, in palm coast Florida, went to Valencia, Broward, and also ucf. UCF was an amazing experience as well. Go nights out in Orlando. Then I also went to law school. Just finished law school, and it’s been an amazing journey. Beautiful souls, grateful for the professors and everyone. It’s not just the student, right. It takes two. So just to really appreciate the professors and my colleagues as well, so my fellow students, the other students.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that, I love that, that’s amazing, Law School. Oh my goodness, that is a lot, so one of my best friends, she’s like my little sister. I’ve seen her go through all four years and she was, you know, actually it took her five. Because she was working full time and she was balancing that. You know, I’d see her when she have to do her mock trials and man, it’s not easy. It’s not easy, so I commend you. Anyone who’s been through law school and then how to take the bars is a whole nother. That’s a whole nother universe, you know, in a nutshell there. So I commend you on that as well, that’s amazing.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Thank you iate, it’s been quite a journey, and yes, for me it took a few years as well. I believe eight or nine. It’s been a journey, also getting ready here for the bar, next year. But, like I said, it’s a journey. Letting go and letting him, but not just that. Even when I’m done here, continuously doing what I’m doing as a speaker. And again, meeting people where they are and assisting others any way that I can. Like I said, I love to do it. That’s what I’m all about, helping others in my word of the year, serve.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that.

Sexually assaulted as an adult and then domestic violence happened

So speaking of that, how did you dive into that realm, like in doing what you’re doing now? Like, what was kind of the trajectory career wise or what happened that kind of led you down that path?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Great question. So essentially, again, it was the DV that the domestic violence happened and then sexually assaulted again as an adult. Never saw that coming, and I took all the precautions you could possibly think of. Because I was sexually assaulted when I was 8 years old and so here I am. Took all the precautions you possibly, think of and it happened again as an adult. I just remember waking up and feeling numb to pain. And I said, oh, my goodness, I never want anyone to have to feel like this.

Oh, my goodness, just what I felt. Again, no one should have to go through that. I’m grateful for my family, the community, friends, and it, just everyone’s support. It’s just I never in a million years thought I’d meet others who’ve been through the same thing. Just bless your souls for those who have come forward, whether it be a woman or a man. Or however they identify how they’ve come forward as well. Brave souls, I know it’s not easy. Those are hardcore subjects.

Pamela Bardhi: Yes, absolutely, I honor you for speaking your truth and thank you for that. Because there are so many individuals out there. Women, men, however, they resonate, that have been through similar experiences, and it has not been easy. I think it’s something around like 1 in 4 or maybe more than that, actually. And it’s just been, it’s something that so many are opening up about because, again. It’s trauma that never quite leaves you is what I’m told.

It never quite leaves you, and it affects you in some way moving forward in life. Or affects or shows up in relationships later down the line or whatever. Everyone’s had different experiences with it, so. And I know there’s definitely people listening right now that could resonate. So kind of touching on that journey wherever you feel comfortable. Absolutely. How that kind of inspired you as to where you are right now would be amazing to kind of hear your perspective.

Dr. Gigi says you need to share your story because it may help others

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Great question number one. I never in a million years thought I’d be sharing what happened when I was eight years old. Let alone the incidents that took place as an adult, I remember, he’s a good friend of mine now. I remember what he said. And he said, you need to share your story. It may help someone. But not only that, obviously I prayed as well, but, it really, I really sat with what he said. He didn’t say that it would help someone, he said that it may. Like I said, I prayed and God gave me direction. So, I also launched a book. Walk with me, God first, and also, the podcast, like I said, but any way that I can serve others. Just give him back, any way that I can do that, I’d be more than happy to do so.

Pamela Bardhi: Absolutely, absolutely, and it’s so powerful. And thank you again for sharing that, because this is just. I mean, it’s one of those things that, you know, you just don’t know who you’re helping. Right. Like, even with my podcast here, you know, I was terribly afraid of vulnerability. It was just not my, I was like, hell, no, this is not. You know, because growing up, coming to the United States when I was five years old, I watched my parents build everything. From the ground up, right? So nobody talked about emotions. Everyone kind of hid things. It’s not that. Because everyone was in survival mode, right?

So I was programmed in my world to just avoid it all. Work your tail offs, until the point that you just don’t understand what’s going on. Avoiding patterns, which is obviously, no good for anybody, right? When it came time for the podcast, you. I had hit this, like, plateau in my world that it was Forbes, Time magazine, mean, like. The craziest you could ever imagine. And, I remember at that point, God gave that little God tap. That was like, hey, you’re doing great things for yourself. What are you doing for the world? And I’m like.

Then I heard the piece about the vulnerability, and that’s the whole reason I started this whole podcast. Because they’re like, Pam, they don’t know what you’ve been through to get to where you are. The same goes for you. Dr. Gigi 2 is like, nobody will know until you share that story, right? I set out with the intention of, hey, when I start this podcast. If it just inspires one person, one, that’s it, job is done, right? Now we’re at, over 90 countries, top 1.5% of podcasts in the world. And it’s like, that’s all God, right? It’s magical.

Once you started sharing your story, how that all really resonated

The same situation with you is once you started sharing your story. How that all really resonated and when you became vulnerable, because I don’t know about you. But vulnerability is seriously not a thing in my world, I still, to this day, I’m working on that. Because I’m like, you know, I like to bottle things up until the point, you know. And I don’t know if it’s a business thing or whatever. I mean, I know it’s time to, childhood trauma or whatever, you know, what you learned growing up in your programming.

But it’s just really interesting, you know, I think we’re entering a whole new world. Where so many are actually opening up about the struggles. Especially entrepreneurs, because we’re some of the ones that suffer with it the most, right? Because here we are trying to balance a thousand things, do this, do that. Still maintain somewhat of a social life, and then everything else in between.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: That’s right. And it’s Interesting that you say that as far as vulnerability goes and just hearing those words as well. I’m just grateful for my friend since childhood as well. I say, because those who’ve been there, who didn’t really know what really happened in my childhood. But had stood by me regardless of not knowing that and knowing that they knew, from we. The conversations we’ve had now, they knew something was on that happened, but they didn’t.

They couldn’t put their finger on it, but they’re grateful that I did come forward and share that. But I thank them because I’m like, how on earth? I mean, just the friendship that we were able to build for so many years, them not even knowing what happened. It’s just a blessing, and I tell my best friend that all the time. I’m like, thank you, I’m just grateful for you. And just meeting me where I am and just the support, just friendship, I’m just grateful for it.

Pamela Bardhi: Absolutely. Well, it’s those cheerleaders in our lives, right. That points back, like, that’s been like, in my whole life. I can point back and see. Like, who have been the cheerleaders throughout this whole time that have really led me on. And inspired the journey wherever I was at that point in time. Right. So it’s been so cool.

Who have been her cheerleaders in your world?

So who have been some of the cheerleaders in your world? You just mentioned your best friends and kind of like moving forward too. Like, who’s been kind of that for you? That’s kind of like, know the reflection, point back to the self and reminding you of your power. And that kind of helped you get to the next level.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yes. Great. And my family as well, and friends and just the community, just grateful.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s incredible, that’s absolutely incredible.

Two books about keeping God first: Walk With Me and God first

And now in writing these books, when did you actually end up writing these books? How many was it? That was recently, right? No.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yes, it was a few years ago, yes, ma’am. So, I have the Walk With Me book here. the backdrop, me blocked that out. Then I also have the God first book here. When we talk about Walk With Me, it’s all about helping others. Understanding the importance of never giving up, but not just that. Walking with purpose. And when we talk about God first, it’s about helping others understand the importance of keeping God first. Not just in our personal lives, but also not just in our business, but all areas of our lives.

And there’s such a stigma out there that says you need to be perfect before you can go to him. A lot of the conversations that I’ve had with some folks or, just observations and things that I’ve noticed, and it’s. I have to be perfect. I’m not ready yet. Oh, I’ve made mistakes, I cannot go to him. Yes, you can. He loves you as you are, and he wants to meet you where you are. Or some folks will say, I did this, I sin I can’t go to him, yes, you can. Give it to him.

Pamela Bardhi: So walk me through, like, what inspired, so the process and how you actually got to writing that book. Then, you know, the release. And kind of what was the feedback that you got from it after you launched it and that kind. I would love to hear that story of how, like, you actually sat down and wrote it. What really inspired that and then kind of the ripple effects afterwards.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yes, great. So I remember writing and just letting go and letting him. I just got in a real quiet place and just let go and let him. I’m like, all right, God, here we go, I said, walk with me, and he’s like, walk with me. That’s the book title, and just letting go and letting him. And I remember my grandmother at the time, she had visited the house and she had. She had observed me writing Walk With Me, and she had, she wanted to read it so badly.

Unfortunately, she passed away, so she never got to read Walk With Me. But she was there during the process because she had visited. So it was just, it was just a journey. Just like I said, I let go and let him, and same thing with God first. I said, God first. You want me to write God first? Literally, as I wrote God first and went to the whiteboard, I’m like, all right, God, let him go. And letting him, but again, it’s not about us. It’s about the people that we serve.

Pamela Bardhi: Amen. And in that book, without giving away too much. Like a little bit of a summary of, kind of what it was about.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Walk with me.

Helping others understand the importance of never giving up

So when we talk about. With me again, helping others understand the importance of never giving up, so I do talk a little bit about. About my journey here, but not just that. I also talk about some ways that folks, if you face a challenge, maybe that. The way that you can overcome that challenge, but not just that. Some things to be observed. Observing and you’re not just in your life, but in all areas of your life. And I mean that in a genuine way, because here’s the reality, I also added the DV chart in There.

As far as the narcissistic character trait goes, why did I do that? That folks can be aware of what to avoid here. Because, a lot of times, if you don’t know what domestic violence is, if you don’t know what these things are. How on earth can you avoid it? It’s so important. And not just that. So many things, subjects that we need to raise awareness on, but not just that. Educating others about, and it’s not just one individual. No, it takes an army to do so.

Pamela Bardhi: Yes, absolutely. And that’s definitely one of the things I want to dive into for those who have been through that experience. Or are getting, like, just for general awareness too.

Being aware of red flags is so important when dealing with narcissists

On this topic, what are some of the things that really helped you in your journey? And what are some of the things that people should be aware of? Like, you were just mentioning some narcissistic factors and things like that may be warning signs that may help.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yes. So making sure, being aware of the red flags, manipulation, gaslighting, stonewalling, things of that nature. Just being aware. And just being aware of your. Take precautions and being, aware of your surroundings. It’s so important.

Pamela Bardhi: Absolutely.

Got baptized as a child and then as an adult

And what were some of the things in your journey that have really helped you throughout the process. To be able to heal and then really open up and to talk about it, to help and serve others?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: For me, it was my faith. I remember after the dv occurred, I remember a good friend of mine. She said, let’s go to church, I said, all right, we’re going to church. We went to church, and then, comes, the pastor here, and she’s like, you want to get baptized? And talked about the baptizing process, I said, I got baptized as a kid. Little did I know I’d be baptized again as an adult. In that situation, in the DV matter, there was a kid involved who called me mama.

She said, I can see something weighing you down on your shoulders. Give it to me. What is it? That’s what the pastor said. And when I told her about the child, she said, you know what? Give that child to him, and so that’s what I did, and so here we are. I got baptized, and it has transformed my life. So it’s different when you get baptized as a child versus when you get baptized as an adult. It’s just a blessing. It has been a blessing.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s incredible. And did you have to do, because I know as an adult they make like they have certain requirements sometimes it’s. You go through certain classes and things like that, how was the process like for the baptism for you?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yeah, it was just, it was quite a huge eye opener, and just going through the water. I actually included that in the book Walk with Me as well, some of the images from being baptized. But not just that, so they took you through the water and just. And I still have the video and just them, bringing you through the water, but not just that, really releasing it. It’s like that trust says when you let go. Just letting go, and I just trusted the pastor as well, and so, grateful for her and the team, obviously. Because it wasn’t just her, it was her team as well, and just grateful. So just coming out on the other side and being baptized was, it’s just a blessing. It just really transformed my life, I can’t tell you I’m the same woman before being baptized.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s amazing. How many years ago was that at this point? This.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: A few years ago. This was a few years ago. I believe it was right before the podcast as well. Right before the podcast as well.

Pamela Bardhi: So. Wow, that’s incredible. That’s incredible.

I remember sitting there and God leading me to write God first

And then now the second book. About that one too, and what led into that journey for that one.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yeah. God first, I just remember sitting there and God leading me to write God first, and just, it was. I just remember sitting there, I’m like, okay, God, and it is God. He’s like, God first, you could have questioned. Someone will say, you could have questioned who on earth are you to write God first and all these things. But I’ve learned you don’t question him. You say, thank you, God, and you keep moving forward and you do what he’s called you to do. So I just listened in. And like I said, I was on the whiteboard just listening to his direction and just.

Letting go and letting God is difficult

And so here we are when we talk about the table of contents for God first, some of the chapters here. There’s truly a God, right? Because there truly is a God, chapter two, God needs to be placed back in his proper place, which is first. Chapter three, building a relationship with him, chapter four, God is in control. Right. Oftentimes you’ll hear folks say, well, this is the most difficult thing I have is letting go. Letting him and giving that control to him. But he seeks to meet you where you are, chapter five, Trust Him.

And chapter six, faith. Believing in the things that you cannot see, chapter seven, hope, chapter eight, all things are possible with him. Chapter nine, God is love and God loves you, and chapter ten, letting go and letting God. I’ve been there, I faced challenges in my life, and those challenges are inevitable. Whether it be in my personal life or my business. I want for your listeners today, I want you to remember that you’re not alone. One of my favorite verses is Joshua 1:9. It states, haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid of, discourage.

For your Lord, your God is with you wherever you go. Therefore, you’re not alone. A lot of times you’ll hear folks say, I went through this challenge. I’BY myself, no, you’re not by yourself. He is with you. Don’t give up. Keep the faith. And I am firm, I’m not hiding it. I could easily say, okay, well, I know it’s my faith, and I’m keeping it to myself. No, no, no, I want to share this with you, and God also says it’s in the Bible, too. Go out and share the great works that I’ve done, go on and tell them about me. I’m doing just that.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s incredible. And I’m sure that this all tied in with the path where you are now in your coaching. In the coaching world. So walk me through how you got to that space as well.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Wow, so with the coaching programs, here we are. And so listening to his direction, again, I’m like, all right, here we are with the programs. And so listening to his direction in any way that I can help. So this is another way that I could serve, and so, because it was another way I could serve. It was right in alignment with morals and values. As long as it’s in alignment with morals and value, I’m for it. If it’s not, I’m not doing it, so because of the fact that it was, I said, here we are. But it took time. I didn’t just write anything and just throw it out there to share, out, what others. No, no, no, no, no.

It took time and really working on it and letting go and letting him. But not just that. Really providing value to others in a way that, again, and not just that, but meeting people where they are. So the programs, the way that they’re structured, let’s say, for example, somebody needs assistance with accountability. We now have an accountability program designed to assist you. A lot of the ways that we can help you too. Is that one on one piece? Right, so that’s, segment, so I meet with folks one on one. And so what happens there is I pull up my sleeves and I meet with you. How can I help you? And so we don’t just sit there and laligag right on those calls. No, we’re there.

You have a goal, I want to help you. Let’s do it, if I can, then I will help you, right? And so I remember my mentor too, Bob Proctor. He says if you have that knowledge and that wisdom and that expertise to help someone. Then share it, don’t hold on to that, right. It will be so selfish for us to do that. But it’s selfless when we release that and give it, give it to them. Right, and so it’s not just that, but in the Bible too, it’s a bread going back to. I can go into a whole spiel about that as well, but if you have that, provide it to the individuals. Don’t hold on to it, don’t keep that to yourself. No, no. If you can share, go out and share it with others and serve.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that, I love that. Bob Proctor, two of my co-founders. They are actually tir practitioners and their whole program is based off of Bob Proctor’s programs. Which is amazing, I mean Bob Proctor is absolutely incredible. And just the way he dove into the mind was absolutely an unbelievable one. So that’s incredible, I love hearing that about the programs as well.

The coaching space? When did it start

That’s incredible. Now were you always in the coaching space? When did you start with that? Always in the coaching space?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Well, no, not essentially. I’ve always helped others. But essentially, again, just listening to God’s direction here and here I am. He’s now putting me in front of what he needs me to do here. And so I listened in and I stepped in and to coaching. So again that was another way to serve, so I was all for it. When we talk about my mentors like Bob Proctor for example, and I did have other mentors as well.

Those mentors u just greatate for their support, but not just that. Because my faith means the world to me and they let me know that it was okay to share my faith. They never told me that, okay, you have to go ahead and put a cover on it. No, no, no, and Bob Proctor was huge on faith as well and he never judged me for it. And I just have so much respect for him because of that. He’s dear to my heart and unfortunately, he’s no longer with ussoutely.

Pamela Bardhi: What was your favorite thing from him? Because he has so much, like, I like Bob has so much and like he has so many different teachings. But one of my favorites with him is the stick person thing. That was like one of my favorite concepts for him, what was your favorite, like your biggest takeaway from him?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: What I loved about him as well. Again, it’s how he called you out by name, he never went around it, he called you out by name. So Pamela. He’call you up by name and then he’ll go into the dialogue or he’d keep he the faith. And again, never, never telling you that you, if you were a faith based person. Never telling you, oh, you have to keep it hidden. No, no, no, no, talk to me, he lets you express yourself freely.

Pamela Bardhi: I know, and that was I mean it’s interesting now. More and more people are opening up about their spirituality, belief systems and things like that. It’s really amazing, it’s becoming such an interesting world with all these different modalities and things coming in. Which is so, so cool. But I know like way back in his day it was like a whole different universe. And now it’s becoming more socially acceptable and all that. It’s just been so cool and amazing to really dive into that whole world.

What have been some of the best moments in her coaching career

Yeah. Bob park, you said Bob Parker, and I was like, I gotta touch on that for a second. Oh my goodness, oh my goodness. And what have been some of the best moments that you would explain? Like when it comes to like, the coaching, some of the best transformations that you’ve seen in your.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Such a great question. And I got chills just by the question, but here it is.

When we talk about some of the success stories

So when we talked about some of the success stories. There was a woman and she said, hey, I want to launch a book, it’s been here. But I don’t know if it’s possible, and I said yes, it’s possible, and she was also pregnant at the time. I told her, you’re going to have two babies at the same time. And she says no, if that’s possible. She ended up launchanching two babies, having the two babies at the same time. The actual baby and actual book. Right, and so when we talk about yes ma’am, but it took work. It took hard work, and meeting people where they are is huge to me. But not just that she did the work, she took action.

And another success story. An individual who, they wanted to share something, but they were afraid to get out there on stage and speak. But now they’re speaking worldwide. Another individual, the confidence low, now confidence is high, not just that. Maintaining confidence, not just that. Now running two successful shows, not one. Two successful shows, and this individual was afraid to get on camera, and yes. Oh my goodness, and I’ve just seen some amazing things, not just that, folks, again launching their best selling books. It’s just been quite a journey, and again, folks speaking on our stages. Not just that, but anyone who speaks on our stage becomes what is called an LSCOA speaker.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s amazing.

Some of the processes she took some of these clients through

So. Well, I mean a lot of this could be like, you know, confidential. But if it’s not, or if there’s a way to do a high level on it. What’s some of the processes you took some of these clients through? In order for them to kind of unlock this within themselves?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Such a great question. So essentially again, within five to six years now we’ve been doing programs within, Life Service Center of America. And working with folks, we never rushed to process. I’m huge on that, not rushing the process. Meeting people where they are, this has, taking teamwork. It’s not just me. I’m grateful for the team, again meeting people where they are, so that initial call is very important. Those strategy sessions. Can we even help you? Once we’re able to determine if we can, then we will. Once we do that, really diving deep into those calls every single week that we’re working with clients. Really again, pulling up our sleeves. Not just LAA gagging. No, no, no.

Going in depth in the goal. What’s her goal? Let’s talk about the goal

We’re now again going in depth in the goal. What’s your goal? Let’s talk about the goal. God is the creator of all things. Right. Who’s put it in front of you, who’s led you to do that? He has right now, really bringing that to the forefront and giving back, right. And not just that, serving others, and yes, the book is a way to serve, right. When you’re providing value to others within your book, you’re serving, and not just that, the podcast.

So if we can do, if we can assist others with doing that, then we will, and we’ve been there. We know we can assist you, and we do. And we don’t keep that information to ourselves, we do have the programs where folks can now do it online. But again, most of the work is done in person. and how do we know that it’s worked? Because we’ve seen it over and over and over again, for the past five to six years. We’ve had 30 plus folks who’ve successfully completed our programs.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s amazing. And question, the Life Service center of America, how was that birth, like, how was that all creative? Because that is like, crazy powerful.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Thank you, ma’am. It’s just listening to him and just listening to his direction. And when we talk about, when we talk about coaching, again, not rushing is. I’m huge on that, we have what is called the one year program or we have the five month program. So again, really determining, what’s your goal, can we help you? The best program to assist you, I’m firm on that. Because we don’t want to just offer you any program and then it doesn’t even assist you. Then at the end of the one year or the five months, your goal is not. Even, the goal is not even achieved. Right.

Doesn’t make any sense. So, no, we are huge on focusing in, on, on these factors because we truly believe that. Again, we’ve seen proven results with doing that. When we don’t rush the process, again, the folks who successfully completed the program, who’s trusted the program. Not just that, trusted us as their coaches, not just that, but have really trusted the process. And not just that being uncomfortable because you’re now getting out of your comfort zone. Which is not an easy thing to do, and how do I know that? Because I’ve been there myself.

Pamela Bardhi: Absolutely. I love that, I love that. Oh, my goodness. And I mean, these success stories are absolutely incredible too, I absolutely love all of this. My gosh, what a beautiful journey.

Life Service Center of America is celebrating its sixth anniversary this year

And question for you is one of my favorite questions that I always ask. What would your older self tell your younger self? Based on what you know now, it, could be anything. Life, business, personal, whatever.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: It’s okay. This is in regards to the trauma, it’s okay.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that now you’re gonna be okay. That it is okay. Actually, no, that it is. It already is, it’s already written, I love that. Oh, my goodness. And so, Dr. JJI, what’s up in your world in the next three months? What are you up to? Like, what’s going on in your universe?

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Thank you. In the next few months, we have our end of the year gala, so that’s the LSCO gala. So again, just our appreciation for the Life Service center of America and the team and just all. And everyone, right? All of the LSCOA speakers, our sponsors, everyone, our team members, just Showing our appreciation, gratitude. It’s just been, it’s been a journey, it’s been what now? Five, almost six years now? it’s just been a blessing to serve.

Like I said, it’s not just me grateful for the team. This is taking teamwork. Oh, my goodness, and what God is able to do, what I’ve seen him do, it’s just a blessing. Wow. I’m just blown away just even thinking about it. And again, just what I’ve seen folks been able to do, and the action, right? They took action, they trusted the process. But they took action, they could have easily just stayed stagnant. No, no, no, but they took action.

Pamela Bardhi: Amen. That’s so beautiful. And that gal is coming up in the next few weeks. Yeah.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: Yes, ma’am. It’s coming up in the next few weeks here, and that One is on December 11th at 5pm Eastern. And again, meeting people where they are so important. So for those folks who maybe, they said, okay, they put a program on hold. But then they want to come back at a later time, that’s fine too. Because we’re all about meeting people where they are. And so, and when we talk about the galup, we want to show appreciation to everyone. Again, not just the folks in the program, not just the folks who have partnered with us. Not just the team members, everyone.

Pamela Bardhi: I love that, I love that.

Dr. Gigi, most powerful piece of advice

And what’s the number one piece of advice that you would give anybody who’s listening right now. If they were looking to make a move in their life or really, really anything? Anything that’s been like the most powerful lesson or piece of advice that you would give.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: I would say listening to him. Listen to what God’s call you to do, and don’t give up. I’m so grateful. I just did my first in person podcast the other day here in Palm Coast, Florida, at the Good Vibes restaurant. We also talked a little bit about how, and interesting enough, the woman who was on, the guest on the show. She launched her business, around, in Covid during COVID. But she listened to his direction, just like Al Listison in his direction. And then the owner of the facility as well, launched his company during COVID. Not just that, but also listening to his direction. So now you have three individuals in the same venue now, who’ve launched a company during COVID who’ve listened to his direction.

So then it just makes you think and it brings it to the forefront now of what he’s able to do. But it’s also required that you listen in. And it’s a level of being obedient is so important because you can easily be disobedient and go left or right. There’s so many distractions out there in this world, so many distractions, there’s so many things you can be listening into. Be mindful of what you’re listening into, be mindful of what you’re consuming. Number again your surroundings, but not just that. Who are you spending that time with? It’s so important to be mindful of your time as well. Because if you say yes to everything, can you really be where he needs you to serve?

Pamela Bardhi: Amen. Dr. Gigi. That’s amazing, that was powerful. Thank you so much for that. Oh my god. You’ve dropped gems this entire interview, I love it so much. I love it so much, and now I’m sure that listeners are like where can we find Dr. Gigi? And all the magic. Where can we find you? Your websites, socials, all the things.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: That’s a great question. So essentially on the website Life Service center of americallc.com do under the contact section. Also LinkedIn, I can be found on LinkedIn and just look at my last name and it’s such an honor. It would be such an honor to work with you. If you need assistance with life coaching or business coaching or maybe you want to partner with us. Maybe you have a service that you want to share with others as well. We’d be more than happy to partner with you because there’s nothing like folks who are looking for a particular service. And now they can’t even find what they need. Right.

And so just being on the road as well. So when we talk about the Business Service Navigator, the drop down menu feature that was built out. It’s designed for you, our members, to now be able to locate the services that you need in a reasonable time. Now you’re doing the browsing for whatever service you need. So again if you’re looking to partner with us, we’d be more than happy to do so. If you’re looking to speak at any of our events, we’d be more than happy to have you again. We have the Global Leadership Conference coming up next year that’s in 2025, and that’s the global.

Our annual Global Leadership Conference. Then we also have the Global Domestic Violence Conference, a global breast cancer conference. That’s our sixth annual conference that we do at Ragnaikus with the World Woman Conference and Awards. And then we also have our third annual in person event of the year. That’s the global warriors conference, and next year in 2025, it will be in Pal Coast, Florida. Again, it would be such an honor to have you as a speaker. If you feel called to contribute, I will be more than happy to have you.

Pamela Bardhi: That’s incredible. Dr. Gigi, thank you so much for that. What an amazing set of events that you have coming up. And the gal is coming up the next few weeks for. Oh my goodness. You’re working on so much magic and helping transform so many lives. I’m so grateful for you, thank you so much for being here today. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dr. Gigi Sabbat: It’s been such an honor. God bless you.

Pamela Bardhi: God bless you.
